HOFA – Christmas Blind Mix

Contest submissions are accepted until January 31, 2021.  This is my submission.

Song by Jochen Sachse the CEO of HOFA.  This song is part of HOFA College’s annual Christmas mix/remix contest that is global in nature.

This year’s song was a hard rock style song that I transformed to a more “metal” sound by introducing a combination of 2 high gain amplifiers on the guitars.  These are the Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier and Peavey’s 5150.  I also used some techniques in mixing, EQ, and dynamics synonymous with metal music.
